SCORING CAREERS
The Hispanic Business Student Association and with the Asian Business Students Association are co-hosting Scoring Careers 2010. Scoring Careers is a career fair that creates a unique and relaxed atmosphere that enhances the interaction between recruiters and students. The event brings together recognized corporations and talented UT student. In the past we have had over 400 students, from a wide range of backgrounds and majors, and 30 well-known companies. Scoring Careers is an excellent event for corporations seeking to recruit a diverse workforce.
Scoring Careers 2010 will take place on Tuesday February 2, the day before the BBA Career Expo, at the San Jaciton Multi-purpose Room at the UT campus. To maintain Scoring Careers unique atmosphere, we will be having cultural performances at the beginning and end of the career fair, free food for all attendees, interactive games among participating students and recruiters, and giveaways for students. Students are encouraged to come in business casual attire. In addition, this year’s theme for Scoring Careers is Disney Amusement Parks and the slogan is “Where your career begins”.
